We towed to Benton, Illinois and made 3 runs with my Dragster and Altered buddies !! Made a solo run of 5.82 @ 115 MPH, then ran Joe Foster in his Honey Badger altered (shown in pic) I ran a 5.69 @ 118 to his 5.66 @ 120 MPH, it was so close, I could hear him the whole run !! Came back for our 3rd run, and paired up w/ Todd Atkins in his Blade Runner Dragster, he left on me, but I chased him down with a 5.72 @ 118 MPH !! It was great to get our toys out, and go fast again 😎

This will be the main upgrade to the car during this off-season !! We have some maint items to address also, ie: send trans to FTI, apply fireproof coating to the underside of Corvair body, renew some expired Certs, etc... We plan to test in Florida sometime in February !! 😎
